Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Our automated system confirms stock with the supplier, places your order, and the supplier prepares the item for dispatch. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are determined by the individual supplier, their inventory location, and the final destination. The estimates below are general guidelines:

Once the supplier ships your item and AutoDS updates our system, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 48-72 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking information in their system.

5. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items that originate from different suppliers, they will be shipped separately and likely arrive on different dates. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
hark-the-harrells.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages and Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping once they are in the carrier's possession.

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of order. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect, customer-provided address. If the package is returned to the supplier due to an address error on your part, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
